 DONE!  If you want your home to sell, rather than just sit for months on end, it is necessary in 
today's world, to do more work on the property than had to be done just even several years ago. 
The homes that are selling the fastest right now, are the ones that have that "Move-In Ready"
look; with fresh neutral paint, new flooring, updated kitchens, bathrooms, lighting & plumbing
 fixtures, even new cabinet pulls or knobs, as well as refreshed or updated landscaping. Whatever
you can afford to do, DO IT!   At the very least, making all needed repairs and a coat of fresh
paint throughout the interior of the home will make a HUGE difference!
